Alloy Steel P91 is a Ferritic Steel type and is conventionally known as Chrome Moly Alloy due to its composition that consists of Molybdenum and Chromium. While chromium is an important alloyant in the Alloy Steel P91 Seamless Pipe, it is known to prevent corrosion and has high resistance to oxidation at elevated temperature. It increases the resistance to softening, restrains grain growth and makes chromium steel less susceptible to embrittlement. Moly is also the most effective additive for increasing high temperature creep strength, or creep resistance, and it also enhances the corrosion resistance of steel and inhibits pitting. Grade P91 is used for high temperature service applications and is tolerant to variations in its microstructure. Bearing in mind, ever increasing demands of our respected customers, we are supplying and trading an exclusive range of Alloy Steel P91 Seamless Pipe that are being used for dissimilar fastening applications. Each length of pipe is subjected to the hydrostatic test.
These pipes are available in different sizes ranging from 19.05mm – 114.3mm in outer dimensions, wall thickness of 2.0mm – 14 mm and length of max 16000mm. The Alloy Steel P91 Seamless Pipes has tensile strength of 415 min, yield strength of 205 min and elongation of 30 %. We perform a number of tests on our pipes to ensure high standard quality. The tests conducted are eddy current testing, hydrostatic testing or ultrasonic examination, NDT and also chemical and physical property inspection. Some of the other tests are chemical analysis, Mechanical test, Rockwell hardness test, chemical test, intergranular corrosion test, positive material test, flattening test, flaring test, and third-party inspection and so on. Also, each pipe is examined by a non-destructive examination method in accordance to the required practices. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to meet the same.
