It provides high thermal and electrical conductivity when compared to nickel-base alloys, stainless and low alloy steels. This alloy provides highly ductile mechanical properties across a wide temperature range. These nickel 201 pipes provide corrosion resistance in neutral to moderately reducing environments. Because of its low carbon content (.02% max.) Nickel 201 is used for applications above 316 degree Celsius. Our Nickel 201 pipes have excellent characteristics such as high resistant to various reducing chemicals, excellent resistance to caustic alkalies, high electrical conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance to distilled and natural waters, excellent resistance to dry fluorine, resistance to alkaline salt solutions, widely used to handle caustic soda, Good thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties, offers some resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at modest concentrations and temperatures.

Our Nickel 201 pipes are used primarily in manufacturing of parts which require excellent corrosion and strong magnetic properties such as lead wires, battery components, transducers, sparking electrodes, heat exchangers, implantable battery anode/connector tabs for CRM and Neurostimulation devices, and stamped or etched fabrications.
