The manufacturing process of Nimonic Alloy DIN 2.4631 Bar involves hot working and annealing operations. The alloy is first heated to a temperature range of 1050°C to 1150°C for hot working. The round bars are then rolled using a rolling mill to a specific diameter as per the client's requirements. After rolling, the round bars undergo annealing, which involves heating the alloy to a temperature range of 980°C to 1060°C, followed by cooling to room temperature in a controlled manner. This process helps in increasing the ductility and toughness of the round bars.
