It provides high thermal and electrical conductivity when compared to nickel-base alloys, stainless and low alloy steels. This alloy provides highly ductile mechanical properties across a wide temperature range. These nickel 201 pipes provide corrosion resistance in neutral to moderately reducing environments. Because of its low carbon content (.02% max.) Nickel 201 is used for applications above 316 degree Celsius.
